100 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the greatest attention placed on the smallest details and overlooking one of the nicest areas of the historic center.
Upon entering you will find a kitchen that has a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic white tones. The living room has a chester two-seater white-bone sofa, a stylized pistachio-colored armchair and an oval coffee table, as well as access to a lovely terrace from which you can see the church of San Juan Bautista, as well as Enjoy a lunch or dinner outdoors. In the same living room you will also find a dining area, with a white table for four people and designer white chairs. The rooms, with beautiful handmade headboards and high quality mattresses, will ensure a peaceful rest during your stay. Finally, you will have two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and bath for your hygiene and relaxation.
On the top floor, with access from the terrace, you will find a spacious solarium with a hot tub and a splendid panoramic view of the city to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
Equipment and facilities: lift, parking space in nearby building, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, induction plate, juice squeezer, kettle, Toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located next to one of the most emblematic and crowded places in the city, the Plaza de la Constitución, epicenter of life in Málaga and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Calle Marqués de Larios and Calle San Juan, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and where, in addition, You can enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
All the main tourist attractions are nearby, such as the Carmen Thyssen museum, the Picasso museum, the Arab Alcazaba or the Roman theater. The area of Pier One and the beach of La Malagueta are at a distance of 10-15 minutes walking through the pleasant Paseo del Parque.

The balcony and the terrace with the hot tub. The proximity to the main market which is a great help for self-catering.

There is no way to get fresh air into the kitchen (we could not see any way of opening the roof window) so it can get uncomfortably hot when using oven + hobs.
