70 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with big attention on the smallest details and overlooking one of the most popular areas of the historic center.
Upon entering you will find on your left a kitchen that has a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic white colours. The living room has a two-seater sofa (which can easily become a bed of 150cm x 190cm), and a small balcony from which you can see the Cathedral and enjoy a wonderful view of the city. To the left of the living room there is a sliding door that separates the dining area with a wooden table for four people, which also has another balcony that provides a fantastic natural light to the room. The upper floor has a fully equipped bathroom with a queen size bed, from which you can see the sky of Málaga through a skylight that has a blind for your rest.
Equipment and facilities: lift, parking space, satellite LED TV with more than 200 international channels, WiFi High Speed Internet, safe, air conditioning hot and cold, oven, microwave, induction plate, juice squeezer, kettle, Toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Location
Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, Plaza de Félix Sáenz, a famous Riojan merchant who settled in Malaga at the end of the 19th century. The area where it is located, between Sebastián Souvirón street and Sagasta street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the surrounding pedestrian streets and where you can also enjoy of the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart.
Distances to the main points of interest:
-Museums: Picasso (700 meters), Thyssen (300 meters), Pompidou (1200 meters).
-Points of interest: Cathedral (400 meters), Roman Theater (750 meters), Alcazaba (700 meters).

The little terrace was very pleasant while our stay was end of June. Comfy bathroom with great rainshower.
Reservation no problem and helpfunctie service of Iloft Málaga. We will definitely use their website again, making a reservation for this appanother nice accommodation.
